What the job involves
- Organise and facilitate the evening running of the therapeutic community programme
- Co-ordinate residents' tasks and activities
- Provide waking night cover, monitoring and minimising risk
- Organise and support residents in preparing for the daily programme and activities
- Monitor and administer medication to residents
