Oaklands College is seeking a dedicated Student Support Assistant to work within the Foundation into Vocational Studies team across Springfield, Supportive Learning and Foundation into Vocational areas. The role supports young adults aged 16 to 24 with disabilities and complex needs, working toward EHCP targets and independent living skills.
This is a term-time only post with 1:1 student support and potential personal care requirements. Prior experience in education settings is a requirement.
