What you’ll be doing...
- Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
- Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
- Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
- Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
- Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
- Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
- Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
- Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
