Our Sheffield social enterprise is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a two-year, work-based training and discipleship programme for up to three Team Members at a time. Based at Mess Café Woodseats, the role supports individuals referred through Eden Teams, and potentially ex-offenders and those at risk of offending, helping them grow in skills, confidence and faith as they prepare for employment and positive life change.

Alongside programme delivery, the Project Manager will manage the day-to-day running of Mess Café Woodseats, working in partnership with the Assistant Manager to ensure excellent customer service, a welcoming environment and high standards of coffee quality. They will model and encourage the values of The Message Trust, creating a culture of care, accountability and discipleship for staff and Team Members.

The role is split between café management (three days per week) and delivery of the training and discipleship programme (two days per week). Role is 35 hours a week, start date will be 20 July 2026.
