The Message Trust seeks a Project Manager to lead a two-year training and discipleship programme while jointly managing Mess Café Woodseats in Sheffield. You will work with referral partners to support individuals' employability and personal growth, coaching Team Members to develop skills, confidence and faith.
The role combines cafe leadership (three days a week) with programme delivery (two days a week), ensuring excellent customer service, a welcoming space and high coffee standards.
