Job Title: Pastoral Worker – HMP Hindley

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and pastoral worker to be responsible for developing and delivering The Message Trust’s activities within HMP Hindley.

  1. Coordinate projects and events.
  2. Run outreach courses such as Alpha and discipleship groups.
  3. Conduct structured detached outreach work.
  4. Oversee volunteers.
  5. Establish ongoing positive relationships with offenders.
