Neal Street Espresso Manager

Full-Time No home office possible

We’re looking for someone to join our Neal Street Espresso team as a Manager, to lead and support the team in delivering excellent service and meaningful impact in the community.

We believe that the Neal Street Coffee Shop has the power to make a real difference, offering hope and new beginnings for prison leavers. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about people, committed to providing outstanding customer service and able to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both our customers and our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Prison Resettlement and Outreach Manager to ensure that Neal Street Espresso provides valuable work experience opportunities for our team members.
