- Working closely with the coffee shop manager to champion customer service, a welcoming environment and coffee quality, ensuring standards are kept high.
- Training staff and Team Members effectively.
- Updating menus regularly.
- Leading the NSE team and running the shop floor in the absence of the coffee shop manager.
