We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide effective operational support to Message Community Church. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of church life particularly on Sundays while also supporting the wider ministry and local community throughout the week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective coordination of Sunday services including:

  • Planning schedules
  • Communicating clearly with relevant teams
  • Being present each Sunday as a key point of contact for general support and any issues that may arise

The role also includes:

  • Preparing topic, sermon and notice slides for each Sunday ensuring all materials are uploaded and ready in advance
  • Overseeing rotas for Sunday services and midweek activities, ensuring they are fully covered and providing support where needed
