Are you looking for an opportunity in Admin/HR? Are you enthusiastic, organised and ready for a challenge? This could be the opportunity for you. We are looking for someone to work 3-5 days per week - flexible around which days you work, to be part of the HR Team and The Message, an award winning charity. Part time hours will also be considered.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for the administration of many day-to-day HR functions; including recruitment, referencing, HR management system, and absence recording. They will ensure all employment law responsibilities are adhered to in recruitment, employment and disciplinary matters. The post holder will be expected to act as support for HR function across The Message Family.
We are looking to the HR Administrator to be responsible for recruitment checks, safeguarding checks and retention of all volunteers.
This post has been identified as having a GOR to be filled by a Christian under the provisions of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
