We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Executive Team as an Executive Support Assistant. This role involves comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and the Global Executive Team.
The successful candidate will support the CAO in the effective administration and delivery of plans for the Global Executive Team while also providing high-quality administrative support to various departments within The Message Trust.
A key aspect of the role is creating a warm and welcoming environment for visitors by offering professional hospitality and support. The Executive Support Assistant will also assist with the organisation of larger gatherings and monthly prayer days, working closely with colleagues to ensure these events are well planned and delivered smoothly.
