Home Care Worker in Brighton

Locations: Bentleigh, Brighton, Pakenham, Berwick, Naree Warren, Dandenong & surrounding areas.

About the opportunity:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
• Performing light housekeeping duties.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Administering medication as prescribed.
• Assisting with mobility and exercises.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health status to healthcare team.

What you’ll bring:

You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current NDIS Clearance and Driver's License.
• Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
