Essential Criteria:
-
A minimum of two years' experience running a pastry section to a high standard, contributing to menu development and training junior members of staff.

Good HACCP knowledge.
Desirable Criteria:
- An NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food related discipline or working towards it
- At least two years’ experience as a Junior Sous Pastry Chef
