Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and is committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across various facilities.
- Ability to follow basic working instructions
- Lawn mowing, cut edges
- Painting, occasionally, paint repairs
- Construct shelves, and flatpack furniture
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Strong understanding of schematics for effective problem-solving.
- Experience in welding techniques for various materials.
- Basic understanding of electrics and carpentry an advantage, but not necessary.
- Comprehensive mechanical knowledge applicable to a range of equipment.
- Previous maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for customer interaction.
