The Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of events, from small lunches and dinners to larger receptions and formal dinners, while gaining an industry-recognised qualification.
As our Fellowship Assistant Apprentice, you will learn how to plan, coordinate, and deliver events from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include supporting event logistics, liaising with suppliers, preparing materials, updating guest lists, and welcoming guests on the day. You will also gain experience using project plans, timelines, and CRM systems such as Salesforce to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will use event feedback to continuously improve our service.
Alongside practical skills, you will develop strong communication, organisation, budgeting and problem-solving abilities. The learning curve will be steep, but with support from our experienced team, you will receive guidance every step of the way.

The Candidate
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in events, administration, and membership services, and who is eager to learn in a professional environment.
Essential requirements:
- Five GCSEs at grade 4 or higher, including Maths and English

- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, with willingness to learn systems such as Salesforce)
