The Mercat in Culross, Fife, is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic kitchen team member for a full-time role in our family-run business. The role involves working independently for much of the day, managing workload and maintaining high standards.
You will bake fresh scones, galettes, oat slices, toasties, soups, and assemble vibrant salads, while supporting our seasonal ingredients and the Jess Elliott Dennison menu.
