About The Role
As a Café Barista, you will support the delivery of high‑quality customer service across our café’s preparation standards and excellent service. This is a hands‑on role based onsite however flexibility will be required to support weekends in line with business needs and event schedules.
Shift Pattern: Casual, mostly weekend work
Your Key Responsibilities as a Café Barista will be :
- Using POS to serve customers and take correct payment.
- Collating and taking food to customers tables.
- Clearing tables.
- Restocking fridges, confectionary stands.
- Following opening and closing checklists accurately and quickly.
- Following food safety regulations.
- Will include working on events, in the staff canteen, an external concession and in the restaurant

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others.
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail during prep and service

- Willingness to learn new skills and support the wider kitchen team as needed
