We're looking for a reliable and professional 3.5T Van Driver to be the face of The Menu Partners on the road. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to prove themselves in a fast-paced environment and be part of a growing business. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality products to our customers while maintaining excellent service standards and representing the company to the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • Complete multi-drop deliveries and collections
  • Act as the company's "eyes and ears" on the road, feeding back key information to the team
  • Represent the company to the highest standard in both presentation and communication
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicle compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of your vehicle
  • Accurately complete all delivery paperwork
  • Follow planned routes while adapting to real-time challenges where required

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence
  • Have experience in multi-drop delivery driving (preferred)
  • Have a passion for the food industry
  • Deliver excellent customer service and enjoy interacting with people
  • Be well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong time-management skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Be reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
  • Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings and occasional nights
  • Be willing to support other departments when required; excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Have a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Good driving record
