We are looking for a reliable Technical Coordinator to join our team in New Covent Garden Market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and verify cold chain management, ensuring temperature-controlled products are stored and transported within specified limits.
  • Conduct routine inspections and internal audits of warehouse and distribution operations, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including temperature records, calibration records, traceability documentation, and distribution logs.
  • Investigate customer complaints, product quality issues, and distribution non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure full product traceability and support product recalls or withdrawals when required, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Liaise with warehouse personnel, transport providers, suppliers, and customers to ensure food safety and quality requirements are consistently met.
  • Coordinate pest control and warehouse hygiene programmes to maintain compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and HACCP requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to warehouse and distribution staff on food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
