As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit Class 2 Drivers (Multi-drop) to strengthen our Transport team in Bicester. This is a multi-drop delivery role, working with premium hospitality customers including restaurants, hotels, and professional kitchens. You will play a key role in representing The Menu Partners on the road, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

Salary: Opportunity to earn over £50,000 per annum

Working Hours: Various shift patterns available, Days and Nights with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure you are fully briefed for your run and issued with all relevant delivery documentation.
  • Complete multi-drop deliveries to restaurants, hotels, and kitchens across your route.
  • Follow delivery instructions carefully and respectfully at all customer locations.
  • Use handheld devices (Vanlogic) to record deliveries and capture PODs/photos.
  • Carry out vehicle checks at the start and end of shifts and report any defects.
  • Communicate any issues or delays to the Transport team in real time.
  • Unload and place goods into correct storage areas (fridges, freezers, dry stores).
  • Keep your vehicle clean, fuelled, and ready for the next shift.

What we are looking for:

  • Hold a valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence with at least 1 year’s experience.
  • Hold a valid Digital Tachograph card and Driver CPC qualification.
  • Experienced in multi-drop delivery driving.
  • Reliable, professional, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
  • Able to handle goods carefully and deliver into busy professional kitchens.
  • Strong communicators and team players.
