We are looking for a reliable, organised, and safety-conscious Reach Truck Driver to join our Goods In team in Bicester. This is a key role within the warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently to support the wider business. You will play an important part in maintaining high standards of safety, organisation, and accuracy while supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient and courteous first point of contact for delivery personnel and third-party couriers
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures
  • Accurately process goods-in paperwork and maintain detailed records of stock movements
  • Safely operate a Reach Truck to move, store, and organise stock within the warehouse
  • Coordinate deliveries to relevant departments across the site efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers regarding discrepancies, urgent deliveries, or samples
  • Assist with stock checks and ensure accurate recording of all stock movements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised goods-in and storage area
  • Support waste management processes across the warehouse and production areas
  • Ensure all goods handling and storage follows company best practice and health & safety standards

Qualifications

  • Hold a valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
  • Experienced in a warehouse or goods-in environment
