As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a talented and driven Night Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a new and exciting high-impact project that will shape the future of our partnerships with national clients in the food and hospitality sector of The Menu Partners.
Please Note: THIS IS AN ON SITE ROLE BASED AT OUR BICESTER DEPOT FROM 21:00-06:00AM, Sunday-Thursday week 1 and week 2 Sunday-Friday reoccurring.
This Role: As our Nights Operations Administrator you will join our busy warehouse administrative team for an exciting new project in Bicester. You will support all areas of production administration, including operational, commercial and development. We would like you to be a strong communicator, maintaining regular contact with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in customer service and intermediate computer skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing telephone and electronic orders
- Assisting the Operational Manager with support in the daily running of the warehouse Operations
- Prepare client reports
- Handling client complaints and enquiries
- Organising deliveries to clients
- Overseeing the order process journey
- Assisting and communicating with Transport departments
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar fast paced work environment
- Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise work
- Computer skills- Word and Outlook
