About The Role

As a National Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management and growth of national accounts within our Menu Partners division.

You will work closely with senior account managers, clients, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships, coordinate project timelines, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of projects related to The Menu Partners initiative, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and challenges, ensuring their requirements are effectively met.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and provide analysis to senior management on account performance and project progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including transport and operations to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working collaboratively to resolve them in a timely manner.
