As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our procurement team with a Procurement Coordinator to support our operations and ensure smooth running of all procurement activities.
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-focused Procurement Coordinator to join our busy procurement team in London. This role will be key in supporting the wider procurement function, assisting with a variety of tasks that will help drive efficiency, data accuracy, and supplier management. Your Key Responsibilities as a Procurement Coordinator will include:
- Procurement Support: Liaise with the wider procurement team to assist buyers, resolve queries, and manage inbox communication. Support the new product onboarding process by managing relevant documentation and setting up product details. Manage contract and price change administration, ensuring timely updates and communication. Track and manage product sampling from receipt through to delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis: Assist with procurement reporting by providing accurate data entry and analysis. Support procurement projects, including supplier reviews, tenders, and contract renewals.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, inventory, operations, transport) to ensure procurement accuracy and alignment across departments. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on procurement actions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in procurement or business administration is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with Excel and analysing data.
- A team player who is eager to pitch in, learn, and grow.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
