We’re looking for an organised, people‑focused Group Resourcer to support our recruitment activity across the business during a 6‑month maternity cover, with the potential to extend to 12 months. About The Role You’ll play a key part in keeping our recruitment activity running smoothly, supporting hiring managers, coordinating campaigns, managing advertising, and ensuring candidates have a positive experience from start to finish. Working closely with the Group Resourcing Manager, you’ll help us attract great people while reducing agency reliance and improving our processes.
Work Location: London with occasional travel to other sites. Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting job adverts and managing applications across multiple platforms
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates for hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews and supporting managers with scheduling
- Keeping our ATS up to date and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting high‑volume recruitment for operational, driver and warehousing roles
- Helping with direct sourcing and attraction campaigns
- Liaising with agencies where required and supporting PSL processes
- Preparing recruitment documents such as job descriptions and interview templates
- Supporting reporting on time to hire, cost per hire and campaign performance
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and legal requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (in‑house or agency)
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at pace
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to get involved
- Interest in talent acquisition, candidate experience and continuous improvement
