The Head Waiter will join our high performing and passionaite team at our Victoria Embankment location. You will contribute to delivering consistenly exceptional events - from event operations, client relations and beverage delivery to supervisory responsibilities and health and safety. Above all, leaving guest with an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the event hospitality delivery across Woods Silverfleet Brand ensuring seamless event delivery and positive client feedback.
- Lead, supervise, develop and mentor the in-house hospitality, agency staff and bar team.
- Brief all staff across designated areas, detailing food and service standards with a focus on allergens, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively assess our events delivery processes to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance service delivery across all levels of our events operations and staff services levels.
- Collaborate effectively with key clients, Woods Staff and AT staff members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers and lead on H&S process and report issues.
About You:
- Experience in a supervisory role in food or beverage environment
- Ability to handle high pressure environments and to resolve operational issues on the spot - solution focussed
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
