Full Job Description - Franchise Business ManagerThe Franchise Business Manager role will be office-based and focused on supporting and developing the Franchise Business and, more importantly, our franchisees daily.
- Support the senior leadership team with various projects and tasks.
- Managing the operations and standards across the Franchise Business.
- Conducting Business Strategy Sessions 1-2-1 and group coaching sessions with the Franchise Brand Partners.
- Ensuring compliance and effective franchise management.
- Attend company events and meetings as required, such as Franchise shows and Team meetings.
- Tracking and Reporting on Business Objectives and Targets.
- Collecting, tracking and Reporting stats and data.
- General Business activities, including inbound and outbound email and community management.
- Manage and motivate the franchisees by offering effective coaching and advice through Internal strategies and campaigns.
- Implementing and maintaining our brand's high standards both Internally and externally.
- Contribute towards acquisition and retention strategies in the Franchise.
The Franchise Business Manager will work as part of a wider team, primarily working closely with our franchise assistant and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
