The Memoir Club is an independent 4* boutique style hotel in Bloomsbury, close to Euston and Kings Cross St. Pancras stations. The hotel has 450 sqm of meeting space, split across three beautiful spaces, and 100 bedrooms. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Meetings and Events Sales Manager to join our team, further to our full refurbishment and rebrand in 2025.

You will be an experienced event sales person (2 years minimum), ideally with some operational experience and a banqueting/events background. You will be working with a high performing team, to sell and promote events spaces to companies, agents and individuals to drive business event and social banqueting bookings.

You will have a proven track record in event sales, be highly motivated, hardworking and entrepreneurial, results orientated with a strong desire to drive growth. This is an office-based role in Euston, typically Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, but some flexibility is required to attend events, host FAM trips, or for out of hours site visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal with incoming conference and event enquiries, show arounds, contracting, administration and managing client relationships.
  • Manage the diary to optimise scheduling and maximise sales opportunities.
