Role Purpose
The Programme Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the 2026 Show Car programme, ensuring builds are planned, sequenced, and delivered on time, on cost, and to quality. The role owns programme coordination and scheduling, but does not own manufacturing execution or supplier negotiation.
Reports to: Head Manufacturing & Delivery
Core Responsibilities
- Own the delivery plan for the 2026 Show Car programme.
- Build and maintain a rolling 6–8 week production schedule.
- Sequence work across paint, sub-assembly, and final build.
- Ensure work only enters production with locked BOM, materials available, and capacity confirmed.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Cost Engineering.
- Track programme milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Escalate capacity, material, or cost risks early.
- Act as the single point of truth for programme status.
- Prepare the programme to scale into simulators and pit stop rigs.
