The California Hotel is a 61-bedroom bed & breakfast, part of the Megaro portfolio, with an Art Deco look and vibrant bar & Terrace.

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist, ideally with experience using Rezlynx (PMS) – though not required to be considered. The receptionist will be on-site 5 days a week, managing check-in & check-out, reservations via calls and emails, and maintaining fast correspondence with guests, assisting as promptly as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure arrivals, check-in & check-out are managed smoothly and efficiently to the highest customer service level.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Have great communication skills.
  • Have excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Be extremely knowledgeable regarding the company services, standards & products.
  • Be flexible on working hours and duties.
  • Have a great eye for detail and maintain guests’ records up to date at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and unforgettable experience.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Hospitality professional with a to-do attitude and passion for customer service and guest journey.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
  • Experience is preferred; Rezlynx (PMS) experience is a plus but not required.
