The California Hotel is a 61-bedroom bed & breakfast, part of the Megaro portfolio, with an Art Deco look and vibrant bar & Terrace.
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist, ideally with experience using Rezlynx (PMS) – though not required to be considered. The receptionist will be on-site 5 days a week, managing check-in & check-out, reservations via calls and emails, and maintaining fast correspondence with guests, assisting as promptly as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure arrivals, check-in & check-out are managed smoothly and efficiently to the highest customer service level.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Have great communication skills.
- Have excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Be extremely knowledgeable regarding the company services, standards & products.
- Be flexible on working hours and duties.
- Have a great eye for detail and maintain guests’ records up to date at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and unforgettable experience.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Hospitality professional with a to-do attitude and passion for customer service and guest journey.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
- Experience is preferred; Rezlynx (PMS) experience is a plus but not required.
