The Megaro Hotel, born in March 2007, is a 49-bedroom boutique hotel and part of the St Pancras Hotels group. It is a unique property that combines art, luxury, and exclusivity, and proudly hosts the world’s largest external hotel mural, acknowledged by international artists.
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team. Experience in a 5* hotel is preferred but not essential. The role involves working on-site 5 days a week, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, calls, and emails, ensuring prompt and efficient guest communication.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, well-presented, knowledgeable about 5-star service, and possess excellent organization and communication skills. The role reports directly to the Hotel Manager and requires maintaining effective communication within the team.
The Hotel Receptionist will:
- Ensure smooth and efficient management of arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs, providing the highest level of customer service
- Be a system superuser, updating guest records and managing room rates effectively
- Have extensive knowledge of the hotel’s services, standards, and products
- Be commercially and financially astute
