We are seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress for Magenta, our Italian-inspired casual fine dining restaurant. Magenta operates from Tuesday to Saturday, offering a menu based on fresh, seasonal produce, with a focus on creativity and consistency.

The restaurant features 66 covers in the main dining area, a bar, and a terrace with 14 covers. It serves lunch and dinner, challenging traditional Italian cuisine by twisting recipes into a contemporary dimension.

The ideal candidate should have experience in fine dining, particularly with fresh produce, and familiarity with AA or Michelin standards is a plus. Key qualities include passion for Italian cuisine, teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising service, maintaining standards, supporting the team, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. The candidate should maintain a neat appearance and possess strong interpersonal skills.
