The Megaro Hotel's all-day dining Italian restaurant Spagnoletti in Kings Cross is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to our standard, using fresh seasonal produce and authentic Italian/Mediterranean flavours.
You will support the sous chef and head chef, help develop menus, maintain impeccable hygiene, keep your station clean and organised, and communicate effectively with the brigade and front of house.
