Bartender - Cocktail Bar

We are looking for a Bartender for our extraordinary cocktail bar located under the iconic roof of The Megaro Hotel in Kings Cross St Pancras: Hokus Pokus.
The Bartender will be a very passionate individual; will have bags of charisma and will be a team player with a pro‑active and to‑do attitude. The role requires a flexible individual, happy to work late evenings, and experienced with the role for at least 2 years.
Creativity, passion, and hardworking are the quality we are looking for together with the willingness to learn and grow.
The Cocktail Bartender will:
- Report to the Bar Manager and work alongside all departments in launching successfully the operation
- Develop new cocktails in line with the Bar's concept and team
- Maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks, prioritising business needs at all times
- Participate actively in the run of the Bar and floor
This role will give you the opportunity to be part of an exceptional team, totally focused on providing a new, innovative type of service.
