Bartender - Cocktail Bar

We are looking for a Bartender for our extraordinary cocktail bar located under the iconic roof of The Megaro Hotel in Kings Cross St Pancras: Hokus Pokus.
The Bartender will be a very passionate individual; will have bags of charisma and will be a team player with a pro-active and to-do attitude. The role requires a flexible individual, happy to work late evenings, and experienced with the role for at least 2 years.

The Cocktail Bartender will:

Report to the Bar Manager and work alongside all departments in launching successfully the operation

Develop new cocktails in line with the Bar’s concept and team

Maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks, prioritising business needs at all times

Participate actively in the run of the Bar and floor
This role will give you the opportunity to be part of an exceptional team, totally focused on providing a new, innovative type of service.
