As a Room Attendant, you'll care for every detail, from crisp, perfectly made beds to those thoughtful finishing touches that elevate a stay. This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world-class 60,000-seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll take pride in your rooms, completing both daily and deep cleaning to a consistently high standard, with care and close attention to detail.
- Whether preparing rooms for arriving guests or refreshing them during a stay, you'll ensure every space is presented to the highest standard-ready to be enjoyed and remembered.
- Working closely with your team and other departments, you'll bring a positive, supportive approach, always ready to step in where needed.
- You'll follow all safety and hygiene standards, using equipment and materials responsibly and with confidence.
- No two days are the same. You'll balance daily room servicing with the unexpected, staying one step ahead and taking pride in making every room feel just right.
- You'll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you show, the details you deliver and the standards you uphold.
