- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the night, you'll support late arrivals, early departures and guest enquiries with a calm, professional approach-always reassuring, always present.
- You'll follow all safety, security and operational procedures, maintaining awareness of the hotel at all times and responding appropriately to anything unexpected.
- You'll be a quiet ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through your reliability, discretion and the high standards you uphold-often behind the scenes, but essential to the guest experience.
