As a Room Attendant, you'll care for every detail, from crisp, perfectly made beds to those thoughtful finishing touches that elevate a stay. This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.
The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.

What you'll be doing:
- You'll take pride in your rooms, completing both daily and deep cleaning to a consistently high standard, with care and close attention to detail.
- Whether preparing rooms for arriving guests or refreshing them during a stay, you'll ensure every space is presented to the highest standard-ready to be enjoyed and remembered.
- Working closely with your team and other departments, you'll bring a positive, supportive approach, always ready to step in where needed.
- You'll follow all safety and hygiene standards, using equipment and materials responsibly and with confidence.
- No two days are the same. You'll balance daily room servicing with the unexpected, staying one step ahead and taking pride in making every room feel just right.
- You'll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you show, the details you deliver and the standards you uphold.
Our hotel never stops, and neither does the care behind it. We operate 365 days a year, with shift patterns designed to reflect the rhythm of the business-offering flexibility where possible. Specific hours and working patterns can be discussed at interview.
