This role is about more than numbers-it's about trust, consistency and calm attention to detail. Working independently through the night, you'll oversee end-of-day procedures, complete reports and audits accurately, and act as the first point of contact for guests. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world-class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena.

  • While the hotel rests, you'll complete end-of-day audits and reports, ensure systems are balanced and accurate, and prepare everything for a smooth transition into the morning operation.
  • Acting as the main point of contact throughout the night, you'll support late arrivals, early departures and guest enquiries with a calm, professional approach-always reassuring, always present.
  • You'll follow all safety, security and operational procedures, maintaining awareness of the hotel at all times and responding appropriately to anything unexpected.
  • You'll be a quiet ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through your reliability, discretion and the high standards you uphold-often behind the scenes, but essential to the guest experience.

About you:

  • Warm, welcoming and naturally genuine in the way you care for guests and colleagues.
  • Confident under pressure, with a steady presence and a touch of individuality that makes you memorable.
  • An effective communicator, grounded and connected to the city you're helping shape.
