As Assistant Night Manager, you'll support the overnight leadership of the hotel, ensuring every guest experience remains seamless, secure and thoughtfully delivered while the city sleeps.
You'll play a key role in overseeing night operations, supporting the front office, coordinating late arrivals and early departures, and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly through the quieter hours. The Medlock, a Radisson Blu hotel, is opening at the heart of Manchester's Etihad Campus, home to Manchester City Football Club. This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Night Manager, you'll help lead our Nights teams, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly, safely and seamlessly through the overnight hours.
- You'll foster a calm, welcoming environment where guests feel supported and genuinely cared for, no matter the time of night.
- You'll champion our brand standards, guiding a confident service culture while bringing structure, reassurance and pride to a team delivering Medlock moments around the clock.
- Your leadership will help maintain consistency, attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability across all night operations.
- As Assistant Night Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the guest experience outside of peak hours, ensuring late arrivals, early departures and overnight requests are handled with ease.
