The Medics Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking a qualified GP Practice Nurse to join our PCN team to support general practice across Luton.
The role includes health promotion, phlebotomy, chronic disease management, immunisation and vaccinations, and other clinical duties aligned with training.
You will contribute to delivering QOF and Network Contract DES service specifications, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across practices to improve patient care.
