Join Us as a People Data Specialist Where Insight Meets Impact. Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights that drive strategic decisions? We are looking for a People Data Specialist to drive optimisation and deliver best-in-class people data, reports, and dashboards within our People Operations team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things people data - from maintaining data integrity and compliance to producing high-quality reporting that supports business-critical decisions. You'll work closely with our People Data and Systems Lead to ensure our HRIS (Cascade) is accurate and efficient, support key operational cycles, and bring continuous improvement to how we manage and utilise data. If you thrive in a detail-driven environment and love solving complex problems with data, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the heart of our people strategy.

As our new People Data Specialist, you will also:

  • Be our expert for all people data management, reporting and analysis activity; generating new and ad hoc reports using systems, Excel and BI tools.
  • Adapt data insights and storytelling techniques to communicate findings in a way that is accessible and meaningful to non-data audiences.
  • Develop, own and manage the People data continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Develop and manage the full suite of monthly and quarterly people metrics reporting.
  • Develop and manage the People Dashboard (BI) to provide reports in visually engaging formats.

We are looking for:

  • Experience working with the Cascade HRIS system as a systems admin expert.
  • Significant experience working in a people data analytics role primarily focused on HR reporting.
  • Advanced Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, charts, slicers, dynamic fillers, etc).

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements. We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and strive to create a work environment which ensures everyone can be heard.

Alongside a competitive salary, you will also receive:

  • Up to 20% discretionary annual bonus.
  • Annual performance-related pay review.
  • 11% pension contribution (3% from you, 8% from us - optional additional matched 3% contributions, e.g. 6% from you, 11% from us).
  • 25 days annual leave plus flexible bank holidays (option to buy/sell additional 5 days).
  • Private Medical Cover.
  • Career development and progression opportunities.
  • A truly flexible hybrid-working arrangement.
  • A culture that promotes inclusivity, wellbeing and rewards hard work.
  • Car Salary Sacrifice scheme.
  • Healthcare cash plan.
  • 6x salary death in service.
  • A personal GP service enabling you to get a video consultation with a NHS-registered private GP.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • A range of shopping discounts from major high-street retailers.
