As our Global Marketing Executive, you will work across multiple segments, markets, and product lines, providing flexible marketing expertise where it's needed most. You'll contribute to the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from planning through to execution and optimisation, ensuring all activity is aligned, insight-led, and delivers measurable impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and who is keen to gain exposure to global marketing operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels, ensuring high-quality execution aligned to strategy.
  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable campaign plans that support segment and market objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, creative approvals, asset coordination, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery, providing visibility of campaign objectives, outputs and progress against targets through verbal and written presentations.
  • Localise global marketing assets to ensure cultural relevance, compliance, and brand consistency across different markets.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROMI, engagement, and conversion.
  • Track budgets and campaign spend, ensuring cost efficiency while identifying opportunities to improve ROI.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery, with a strong focus on quality and deadlines.
  • Confident turning marketing strategies into clear, effective campaign plans that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and markets, building relationships to deliver aligned, impactful campaigns.
  • Skilled in analysing campaign performance (e.g. CPA, ROMI, engagement) and using insights to optimise results.
  • Able to manage budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns deliver cost efficiency while maintaining high standards and brand consistency.

Alongside a competitive salary, you will also receive:

  • Up to 10% discretionary annual bonus
  • 11% pension contribution (3% from you, 8% from us optional additional matched 3% contributions, e.g. 6% from you, 11% from us)
  • 25 days annual leave plus flexible bank holidays (option to buy/sell 5 days)
  • Private Medical Cover
  • Healthcare cash plan
  • 6x salary death in service
  • Paid volunteering day
  • A personal GP service enabling you to get a video consultation with an NHS-registered, private GP
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • A range of shopping discounts from major high-street retailers

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements. We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and strive to create a work environment which ensures everyone can be heard.
