We're looking for a highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Executive Directors and Senior Leadership Teams. This is a pivotal role within the Chief Executive Office, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers and make a tangible impact on the effectiveness of the organisation. About the Role As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class administrative, organisational, and executive support to senior leaders.

You'll take ownership of complex diaries, coordinate meetings and communications, manage competing priorities, and ensure executives have the support they need to focus on strategic leadership and business delivery. You'll become a trusted partner to executives, using sound judgement, discretion, and initiative to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing complex and demanding diaries, appointments, and schedules.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistical requirements.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, briefing papers, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Managing executive inboxes and ensuring timely responses to communications.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Supporting Executive Directors and Senior Leadership Teams with meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Building effective working relationships across departments and with external organisations.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
