Job Introduction: As our Copywriter, you will create impactful, insight-driven copy across print, digital, social, email, and advertising by producing original copy that strengthens campaigns and brand communications. You will champion our house style and tone of voice across all markets, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong brand expression in every piece of content. Working closely with the Art Director and Designers, you will help shape cohesive, high-performing creative concepts and push boundaries across brand and tactical campaigns. In this fast-paced environment, you will deliver high-quality work and collaborate confidently with internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Main Responsibilities: As our new Copywriter, you will be responsible for:
- Creating high-quality, insight-led copy and persuasive messaging for campaigns, brand communications, digital channels, advertising, and multi-channel content.
- Developing strong conceptual ideas in partnership with our Art Director and Designers.
- Owning and evolving our house style and tone of voice, ensuring clarity, consistency, and standout brand expression.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading copy that is accurate, compliant, and aligned to objectives.
- Challenging briefs to ensure messaging is member-centric, insight-driven, and strategically sound.
- Collaborating with marketing, digital, creative, and content teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing communications.
- Managing your own workload effectively, ensuring work is delivered to deadline.
- Providing informal guidance to colleagues to uplift writing capability across the organisation.
- Identifying and escalating any risks related to accuracy, regulatory compliance, or brand governance.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for:
- Previous experience as a copywriter working on multichannel advertising and marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital copywriting.
- An understanding of what makes effective copy and the ability to think strategically to ensure it supports wider campaign goals.
- Passionate about writing, self-driven, solution-focused, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Ideas focused with experience collaborating in a creative team or partnership to develop concepts and turn them into fully integrated campaigns that deliver results.
- Understanding the importance of consistency, house style guide, and tone of voice, and you will be proud to take on the role of brand guardian.
- Experience working as part of a creative team in either an agency or in-house role.
