On behalf of our client, a leading independent, nurse-led provider delivering life-saving kidney care in partnership with the NHS, we are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager for their modern dialysis clinic in Mold. The Role

As the Clinic Manager, you will hold overall operational and clinical responsibility for the facility. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and support staff, ensuring a seamless patient journey and a highly collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Compliance & Governance: Maintain strict adherence to clinical governance and regulatory standards (including CQC and KLoE), working alongside NHS Trusts and supported by a Regional Manager.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement innovative processes to drive quality initiatives and clinical excellence across the clinic.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and effectively onboard new teammates, fostering a values-driven culture.
  • Patient Relations: Build strong relationships with patients and manage any clinical or operational concerns proactively.

What We Are Looking For

  • Registration: Full NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications. Registered Manager status with the CQC (or the willingness to obtain it).
  • Experience: Proven clinical leadership experience within an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
  • Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented approach with exceptional organizational skills to manage a multifaceted clinical environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Engaging communication style with a friendly, lead-by-example demeanor to connect with a diverse workforce and patient demographic.
  • Development: Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD), ideally specializing in Renal Care.
