The Medical Centre in Wales is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our busy team. We have 32 hours per week and welcome applications from experienced or newly qualified nurses. The post supports nursing services across infection prevention, health promotion, chronic disease management and cytology clinics.
You will work within our multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient care, with in-house EMIS training available and clear progression pathways.
