About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paid Social Associate. You will assist the Account Manager and other team members with day-to-day optimizations for our global beauty clients, compile insightful weekly reports, and complete ad-hoc forecasting. This role requires strong communication skills, collaboration across teams, and an analytical aptitude to assist with budget alignments based on performance metrics, diagnose campaign issues, and support client communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, optimize and test campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads.
• Support the team in analyzing campaign performance, reporting and identifying trends.
• Conduct detailed creative and audience analyses to provide key insights to internal and external stakeholders, and implement optimizations from said analyses to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive innovation in paid media strategies.
• Maintain client relationships.

Role Requirements

2:1 Bachelor’s degree from an internationally recognised university

2+ years of digital marketing experience

Proven agency experience (ideally within a UK agency)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Passion for client service and commitment to high-quality results

In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads and GA4 (Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads a bonus)

An in-depth understanding of Excel

Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
