About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile and innovative individual with expertise in data science and machine learning to drive impactful solutions across the organization. Responsibilities include conducting exploratory analysis, testing hypotheses, and engineering, training, and evaluating Machine Learning models to address complex challenges. You will design and interpret experiments to generate actionable insights, collaborate with data engineers to enrich datasets, and develop internal tools using open-source models, including OpenAI-powered systems. Working closely with the BI team and other departments, you will identify opportunities to apply AI and Machine Learning, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and provide technical expertise in client and stakeholder engagements. Additionally, you will analyze datasets for insights, monitor and improve predictive model performance, and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data science and digital marketing to enhance organizational capabilities.
Role Requirements
You Must Have- A recognized degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline).
- Proven relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Probability, Statistics and Machine Learning.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, with experience developing models.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit‑Learn, and visualization tools like Seaborn and Matplotlib.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, including the ability to implement unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively, convey technical concepts, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience querying large databases.
- Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Java).
- Awareness of digital marketing concepts, especially in the paid space.
- Experience using version control tools, such as Git.
- Familiarity with at least one Cloud Platform (AWS/GCP/Azure).
