About the Role
We\’re seeking a hands-on Digital PR Executive to support our team with campaign implementation, focusing on sports, iGaming, lifestyle, and entertainment verticals in the US and Canada. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone experienced in earned media outreach and confident using tools like Roxhill, Muck Rack, or similar. Your responsibilities will include building high-quality media lists, researching news for ideation and reactive story angles, and writing personalized pitch emails to journalists. You\’ll also track success rates, monitor live coverage, and help re-angle stories for different media hooks. When required, support of the off-page SEO department will be needed, including link building and managing publishers.
Role Requirements
- 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree or location equivalent from an internationally-recognised university
- 1 yr experience in Digital PR related role in an Agency
- A solid understanding of Digital PR, and various tactics to earn media coverage
- Experience using media databases like Roxhill, Muckrack
- Comfortable working across multiple campaigns at once
- Experience and understanding of the US market & news cycle
- Pitch writing skills are ideal but not essential
- Interest in US Sports/iGaming
- Skills in sourcing link placement and managing publishers
- Experience with guest post outreach
- Negotiation with publishers for link placement
- Familiar with SEO principles (on-page, off-page, backlink strategy) to ensure effective link placements.
